蜜糖蛋糕和北海道戚风蛋糕

Saturday morning, take MRT to Choa Chu Kang MRT Station to wait for Jennifer and her two children, reach Aunite Irene house when we meet Becky eating her lunch together with Auntie. Later we start our baking, than i meet L-5 & Margaret.
Very happyto meet them.

We learn to bake the 蜜糖蛋糕 , when 蜜糖蛋糕 is bake need to let it cold. We take one piece and try, Wow! 口感好Q, 好有弹性,还带有蜜糖和牛奶的香味,

very delicious !

Since there was still time, Auntie Irene taught us to make 北海道戚風蛋糕, this recipe is from Auntie Irene, the cake taste very nice, very soft just like eating ice-cream and yummy. (No horse run) My Hubby and son love it very much.

Sunday after finish my house work try this two recipe from Auntie Irene (Chocolate Swiss Roll & Cream Puff with pastry cream) 我做的 Swiss Roll 不美,因为当在卷它的时候裂了,它有一点裂痕,卷的也是不美。This cake very soft and yummy, must try again next time ^-^
