Last friday when to auntie irene house to learn Japan Mochi, reach her house around 12.00 noon. After eaten our lunch we start to do mochi, we doing 4 flavors (durian, red bean, chocolate and peanut filling) this is my 1st time doing, not very round but the texture taste very soft and yummy!!!
When i reach home give my hubby to taste it, he say very soft & yummy and finish
half of the mochi ^-^

Thank you very much auntie irene for the explaining patiently and instruction to me the steps of making this Japan Mochi, and help me to photo the mochi to post on my blog.
